EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if your product arrives damaged.
To start your replacement request, you can contact us at sales@nansfoods.com. Please note that your request will need to be accompanied with proof of damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are only responsible for purchases made on our website, https://nansfoods.com with a valid order number. Each exchange is individually considered by our customer service specialists.
Exchanges
Your replacement will be shipped once processed on the following business day. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at sales@nansfoods.com.
