This dressing is so good. The recipe is a great blend and not over garlicky.
It’s as good for cooking meats as well as a sauce for cold pasta dishes . Try it you’ll love it.

I liked the cider vinega as. It’s milder than Balsamic so I will use on other salads.

I'm one of the lucky folks who knew Nan as I was growing up. She was sort of a second Mom to me! So it's a real treat to have the legacy of someone so special here in my kitchen in the California Sierras where I live. What a treat!
